Work with ownership and General Manager to ensure optimal experience and presentation of our brand to customers, staff and talent. Over the past 7 years, I have worn many hats to help grow the brand from a single venue serving 600-800 customers per week to a chain of multiple venues across three states serving 2000 guest per week in Manhattan alone; a digital platform used by over a dozen venues for their marketing, ticket sales, guest and talent management; a record label; and tour and digital marketing management for multiple comedians.

  • Manage all show and event calendars

  • Manage relationship with headliners, produced shows and special events including ensuring all logistics, payout information and special requests are properly communicated properly

  • Manage audition process, including logging and organizing requests, scheduling audition spots, and providing feedback

  • Onboard all newly passed comedians, including coordinating tax and pay info, understanding the avails process, and providing contact information to showroom managers
